As promised.. more on Mai Loc.. Nha Trang

Mai took me on the back of his moped to his idyllic fishing village, about 35km from Nha Trang.. what an adrenaline rush that was..

Peace reigned .. the sun was just slipping behind the mountains.. the waters were calming down from all their activity of the day..

The fishing vessels were all in from a successful catch..

Well.. some of the boats were finished, but some were just starting! 

This boat was preparing to go out night fishing.. t hey take these little bamboo boats along as well.. here one is delivered to the boat..

The colors of this village will remain with me all my years! Just superb!

The hype and noise, and smells, and water, fish everywhere as well.. its now up to the ladies to sort/sell/prepare/weigh the catch of the day..

While the men mend the nets for tomorrow..
