Ok.. I'm out in the open.. my good/bad habits..

My good habits include

Regular exercise

Good eating life style

Going for my routine health check ups - eyes, teeth all functioning well?

Maintaining regular contact with my dear and loved ones? 

Regular massages - good for the stress levels

Changing my 'wine o-clock' routine at least twice a week

Taking my vitamins and health supplements

Do something very special, just for me occasionally 

 Taking time out of work routines for a catch up lunch/coffee date with my friends

Maintaining my wit and charm by reading, and increasing my knowledge

Keeping long distance friendships alive

Check my posture when I'm on the computer 

Keep my wardrobe neat and tidy

Darning when I notice a button off, or a hem coming down

Regular home entertaining - cooking and nourishing my family/friends 

Ok.. so my bad habits.. nothing hidden here! 

I'm a recluse - I enjoy my own company - not a social creature some times.. 

I buy too many pairs of ballet shoes.. they all look the same! 

I haven't changed my make up application style in 25 years! Estee Lauder Double Wear Make Up Base.. Dark brown  eye shadow closest to lid, creamy beige on upper lids.. mascara.. orange lipstick .. voila!

I am stubborn.. my husband says. 

I am a clean freak.. house must be maintained and cleaned through twice a week if not more often!

I can't stand to leave dirty dishes at night
I eat too many chocolates and lollies

I spend too much money on others 

I buy too many books..I haven't read half of them on my bookshelf

So.. there you have it.. I'm exposed.. how about you?..
