This Month in Photo of the Day: 2012 National Geographic Photo Contest 

A Vietnamese lady waits for passengers for a journey on the Thu Bon River in Hoi An Ancient Town. Increasing competition from locals for the tourist dollar means 

many of the local tour guides are left to wait.

When I think of myself, (and I know/realize one should never use yourself as an example).. 

BUT...

when I think back over my years,

and see.. that the amount of times that

I waited patiently for a certain thing to come to pass, 

and then eventually when it did happen...

I grew ten fold by the outcome.. 

This to me is why 

we need patience!

To be ready for the reward of 

waiting.. and waiting.. and waiting! 

The growth behind the waiting! 

Equals Patience

And there is always a reward,

If we have patience!
