When decor inspirations arrive at your door.. can you just ignore that feeling?

I've been 'feeling like' getting involved with a spot of home decorating for ages.. 

our study needs a makeover!

No.. I'm not finished yet.. but the process has started..

 I get so easily side tracked when I'm on Pinterest! 

 The common factor in both these pics is.. greenery! 

 Ok.. so grey is good.. yes.. grey with dark mahogany wood desk will be marvelous.. 

Green I said Jean.. not grey.. yes, but I like grey! (at the moment).. 

 

 Grey with white .. yes.. yes.. at least I've got a color palette to work with.. 

 And theme?.. well.. to me there's nothing quite like straw color! 

 And palm leaves.. back with the greenery Jeanie! 

and our book shelf needs a make over desperately..

Aah.. its not such a quick job actually!

This study is going to take months!

But watch this space..

 In the meanwhile.. I've had a great antique map framed..

Be prepared to have patience! I've got a few trips coming up between this decor project..

so.. it might take a while.. but I'll get there in the end!
