Needing a sabbatical, gap year or a career break?

Paris in the Springtime, or when its cloudy?... I love Paris..
Or Nice... oh so now....
Or join my small high end travel group - start in Saigon, end in Hanoi, but also cover Laos and Siem Riep Cambodia
Either way.. you got to get a boarding pass.. and remember your hat...
Pick your airline.. make mine Vietnam Air..
You remembered your hat?...

Oh and which bag shall it be?..  an overnight-er like this sure will be perfect..
And this one for your husband, wife, girlfriend or simply an extra one for you.. I LOVE good luggage as well..

A vacation or HOLIDAY  is a specific trip or journey, usually for the purpose of recreation  or tourism. People often take a vacation during specific holiday  observances, or for specific festivals or celebrations. Vacations are often spent with friends or family.

A person may take a longer break from work, such as a sabbatical, gap year or career break.
The concept of taking a vacation is a recent invention, and has evolved throughout the last two centuries in America.

Once the idea of travel and recreation was a luxury of wealthy people alone. In Puritanical culture of early America, taking a break from work for reasons other than weekly observance of the Sabbath, was frowned upon.
However, the modern concept of vacation was led by a later religious movement encouraging spiritual retreat and recreation.

The notion of breaking from work periodically took root among the middle and working class
