Can't see the wood for the trees.. be brave and just carry on!!

Dappled sunlight filters through the overhead canopy on this farm road.. with its lovely old gate.. aah imagine if no trees?

I adore an avenue of trees to peer through... each proud soldier standing to attention and on guard!

Kurringai National Park NSW.. stunning walking tracks here amongst the twisted gnarly old blue gums!

Dark bark, light bark, paper bark, all Gum.. like the song goes.. Once a jolly swagman camped by a billabong
Under the shade of a coolibah tree,
And he sang as he watched and waited till his billy boiled
"You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me."
There's something about the African doring (thorn) trees that always stirs up something deep within!
Especially if its a lion.......  aah Africa bushveld nothing compares to you!

This tree is called a Pepper Tree. taken somewhere in NSW..

Of course.. trees bring birds.. lots of birds  as well.. this is on Pymble Golf Course and the kookaburras saying howdy neighbor..

Imagine these lavender fields without the backdrop of those tall dark green trees? This is down Kangaroo Valley NSW way..

Most cities have lovely inner city parks.. this park is in Melbourne VIC, right amongst the tall concrete buildings, the trees grow and grow.

and grow..

Now we're back in S. Africa.. this pic was taken in Stellenbosch.. with her famous oak trees.. some of them are as old as 1800!

Company Gardens in Cape Town.. the first Governor planted these trees!

aah.. Stellenbosch..

Another of my favorite spots.. this Jakelbessie tree right on the Sabie River in the  Kruger National Park. sure this tree could tell us many a gossip story ..Wonder who kissed who here.?..

The view from my bedroom, across to the Twelfth Tee to the right..This is Qld Au.. Brookwater Golf Estate.. many many blue gums here!

Neighbors.. and street lights.. and lakes and golf.. good peaceful spot here..and many trees..
Sài Gòn may refer to the kapok (bông gòn) trees that are common around the city.

Saigon, with her tree lined streets..

All offer shade and help clean the air from all its moped users!

Trees add color and style as well..this pic was taken in Hoi An at the Life Resort just on dusk time..

Hello Hanoi.. tree lined boulevards..

Around the Hoan Kiem Lake (Vietnamese: Hồ Hoàn Kiếm, meaning "Lake of the Returned Sword" or "Lake of the Restored Sword") .. lovely place to take a stroll and enjoy the coolness of evening ..
Trees.. in all shapes and kinds.. trees in all shades of green as well.. what would my world be without trees.. lets preserve them.. tend them.. and enjoy them! Are you also a 'tree hugger' like me?
